Jamie Mills

Composer

Graduating in Fine Art from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, in 2006, his interdisciplinary practice has instigated collaborations internationally between other artists and across various platforms, including contemporary dance, film, and television, with work held in public and private collections throughout the UK and Europe. Alongside his interest in a wider relevance and utilisation of sound and improvisation, combined with wider influences from practices, such as those taught by the Deep Listening Institute, (founded by American composer, Pauline Oliveros), he has also studied sound within a therapeutic context via the National College of Sound Healing, UK.
