Cornish Life Stories
Completed 2021
Cornish Life Stories is a pilot project creating 3 x micro films to give a voice to the Museum of Cornish Life's fascinating artefacts.
Interviews in the Helston and Lizard area were undertaken with support with volunteers to develop a 'memories archive' for the Museum. This legacy of capturing local Cornish voices will create context and resonance to the selected artefacts.
The films tell the story of the following artefacts:
A sherd of Gabbroich Pottery
A 'train staff' used on Helston Railway
The Porthallow Chapel Sunday School Banner
Cornish Life Stories - Gabbroic Pottery
Cornish Life Stories - Helston Railway
